7 Days Savor Morocco Culinary and Cultural Odyssey From Marrakech

We drive from Marrakech to the small village of Ouirgan, En route we may have the opportunity of visiting the local market at Tahanoute and the village of Aguersioual We will have a cooking class with a local family at Ouirgane Village where you'll learn to prepare classic Moroccan dishes using fresh ingredients. Depending on our arrival time there may be the opportunity for a short hike around Ouirgane.

Head to Tiout, a charming oasis town, Explore the palm groves and historic sites We will have lunch with a local family. Continue to Taroudant and spend the night there.

We drive today through the fertile Sous Valley, which is a large reserve situated between the estuary of the Sous-Massa River and the Atlantic Ocean where we will enjoy a couple hours of walking. And we will have a cooking class with a local family using Argan Oil. We'll then make our way to Agadir for Overnight.

We'll drive for around four hours this morning into the early afternoon to the historic seaport of Essaouira. We'll arrive in time to have lunch, and there is ample choice including small, traditional Moroccan restaurants or for a quick bite head to the port to eat at one of the stalls serving fresh seafood grilled over charcoal.
After lunch, our Leader will take us on a walking tour

After Breakfast, we will head to Marrakech, we will have Lunch in the Medina at a Riad that specializes in haute Moroccan cuisine. Afternoon, we will have a visit to Marrakech’s most important sites. The evening it’s a great opportunity to discover the Street Food at Jamaa El Fena ( juice, Olives, Snails, Harira soup, Almond Cookies, Mechoui, …)
